Due to the personalized, concierge nature of this work, I do not accept insurance. This allows me to provide a higher level of care, flexibility, and privacy for my clients.

Concierge therapy is a more personalized, high-touch approach to care. Rather than fitting into a traditional model, we work together in a way that supports your real life—with greater access, deeper sessions, and a relationship that extends beyond the standard 50-minute hour.

Session frequency is tailored to your needs and the level of support you desire. Most clients engage in ongoing, consistent sessions as part of a monthly membership or package.

Yes, all sessions are held virtually, allowing you to receive support from the comfort and privacy of your own space. In person sessions are available upon request.
